The exhibition REVEALING explores the inner and hidden course of a human life cycle. Drawing from her personal interpretations of emotions and memories that have shaped her own life, the artist invites visitors to reflect on the fragile moments that define our existence and the world we inhabit.
How often do we truly cherish those fleeting moments when everything is at peace? As time passes, page by page, we move forward without knowing what lies ahead or what the future holds for us.
This exhibition serves as the artist’s heartfelt confession, delving into the soul through symbolic imagery and raw emotion. At the same time, it leaves space for the viewer’s personal interpretations, recognising that certain universal feelings connect us all—pain, sadness, joy, and, above all, love. Particularly love, the very first feeling we encounter at the start of life, is presented as the guiding force that shapes and sustains us. It forms the foundation for our understanding of life itself.

From 8 February to 21 April 2024, the Museum of Decorative Arts and Design in Riga (Skārņu iela 10) hosts a spectacular exhibition Touch-sensitive organized by the Latvian Jewellery Art Association in which the works of 23 authors are revealed in relation to the owners of jewellery, demonstrating a wide range of individual creative stylistics of different generations of artists and emphasizing the development and succession of the industry.
The idea of the exhibition is based on the stories about people, the jewellery they have chosen and the artists behind the works. The title of the project also describes the nature of jewellery – to be in contact with a human body. The exposition presents the artists’ newly-created original works, the stories about the creative experience of each designer, and the moment when the piece of jewellery finally meets its owner.
